blame the motorist!

As seen in the other headline that we are unable to post a comment on, they are blaming drivers for filling up their cars that are "only" half full. Well excuse me, I would have thought of that as normal behaviour.

I do a lot of driving in Cornwall and nearly all petrol stations there close at night. I have always filled up when I get to half, I have always done so since the Yom Kippur war and the old Arabs started to blackmail us infidels.
